LONDON'S BEST YOGA MEMBERSHIP - £1 First Month, Then 1/2 Price for Life

Hello dear ones,
We’re back with the powerful and transformative astrology for February 2025.
We come into the month a few days after the New Moon in Aquarius. This New Moon was particularly important  as Pluto, the planet of transformation, recently entered Aquarius for a long and significant twenty-year sojourn. This New Moon showed us where we need to transform and we are being called upon to find the courage to do it.

Implementing Change as the Moon Waxes
We come here to grow and evolve and the New Moon on the 29th Jan was an activator. As we enter the month of February we are focused on implementing all our plans for change. As Aquarius is the sign of community, we’re thinking about how we can collaborate, share and elevate each other.
The cosmos is asking us, “How can we work together towards both common objectives and individual goals?”
Aquarius season is a great time to practice yoga in a group setting and the astrology serves as a reminder that we are stronger together.
Aquarius is an Air sign and the element of air is all about the mental realm. One of the first yoga sutras is “Yogas Chitta Vrittis Nirodha.” It’s a reminder that when we practice yoga, we have the power to manage the mind.

Work with the Heart Charkra to Harness Aquarius Energy
The element of air is also associated with the heart chakra in yoga so this is a great time to focus on heart energy. When we work with the heart chakra we are working to bring a sense a of lightness into the heart and we are also working to amplify or sense of connectedness to all beings and all things. We can work with the heart chakra through poses like half moon, trikonasana, locust pose, mermaid pose and camel.

Padma Mudra
Padma (Lotus) Mudra is a beautiful mudra to connect to heart energy. Bring the thumbs and little fingers to touch and spread the other fingers to create a lotus flower. Hold the flower at your heart centre to usher in calm, happiness and a sense of connection.

Venus in Aries
On February 4th Venus enters the fun and flirty sign of Aries just in time for Valentine’s Day. Aries is all about raw passion and you can apply this energy to your romantic life or to your creative endeavours. Enjoy this energy while you can as on 1st March Venus enters a retrograde cycle. This tends to create delays with creative and romantic projects. The delays are there to help you reflect and reexamine the past before going forwards with deeper self-knowledge.In the meantime, make as much as you can of Venus in Aries by doing things that awaken your drive and passion. Yoga-wise this could be a flow that involves lots of twists and heart openers.

Jupiter Stations Direct
Also on this day, Jupiter, the planet of luck and expansion, moves into a forwards and more beneficial motion in the sign of Gemini. This is a great day to communicate and initiate projects as Jupiter is making a connection with Mercury – the planet of communication.

Neptune Meets The North Node
On February 7th Neptune the planet of imagination makes a link with the North Node in the sign of Pisces.
This energy can work in different ways, on the negative side, check and double check the facts and hold off signing any documents for a few days but on the positive side, this is a great day to meditate and really experience your connection to universal consciousness. There will be a dream-like quality to this day and it can be a great time to attend a slower practice such as Yin or Restorative where you may even experience visions and downloads, if you are open to such things.

Full Moon in Leo
Circle February 12th in your diaries as that’s when we usher in the Full Moon in Leo. Full Moon is always a time to release and let go but this Full Moon will leave you no choice but to abandon anything that is no longer serving you as this Full Moon is making a challenging aspect to Uranus in Taurus, forcing us to confront where we have become stuck.
Traditionally on Full Moon in Leo we might work with the sacral chakra and the solar plexus chakra to bring in creativity and transformation but this Full Moon it’s really important to work with the root chakra in order to cultivate stability and grounding. The more grounded and intentional you can be, the more you will be able to harness the energy of the Full Moon for your own benefit.
Some ways we can cultivate grounding include practicing the pranayama “box breathing”, wearing the colour red and by chanting the mantra LAM.

Mercury in Pisces
On February 14th, Mercury enters Pisces just in time to give you the right words to express your love or write a poem. If you would like to harness the energy of Mercury in Pisces work with the line of energy that connects the heart, the throat and the third eye.

Fish Pose is a great pose that will really get the energy flowing between these energy points.

Sun Enters Pisces
On February 18th, The Sun joins Mercury in water sign Pisces – shining its light on Piscean themes which include compassion, intuition and empathy. This Pisces season is particularly significant as the North Node, which represents our collective focus for the next year and a half, is also in Pisces. The month ends with a powerful New Moon in Pisces on 28th Feb.

New Moon in Pisces
On New Moon we have The Sun, Moon, Saturn, Mercury, The North Node and Neptune all hanging out together in the sign of Pisces. If you have major placements in Pisces this is sure to be a significant day for you. The New Moon is making a positive connection to Mars, the planet of drive and ambition, which is currently in the sign of Cancer. Mars has been retrograde since December 6th 2024 stealing our energy and our drive and stalling projects. Finally, on February 23rd Mars moves into direct motion, meaning that we will have renewed energy and focus.

On the New Moon it is vital that you take time to state your intentions and get clear about what you want to bring in. The Pisces energy is so potent and Pisces energy can be a great healer as it reminds us of the infinite nature of things.

One thing that you will hear over and over again in these Astrology reports is the importance of harnessing the energy of Full Moon and New Moon so this is a day to attend a Moon Circle, set an intention, go to a gong bath or meditate. The eighth limb of yoga is Samadhi and Samadhi is loosely translated as “You are the universe experiencing itself.” This New Moon in Pisces will endow us with an opportunity to reach a temporary state of transcendence.

This is a deeply spiritual New Moon where you will receive cosmic guidance from your higher self. The key is to be open to receiving.

Make a note of your dreams at this time.

Sending cosmic blessing for the month of February
