- Why is this such a great deal?
It’s our way of saying thank you for supporting your new MoreYoga studio from day one. You’re helping to grow a local yoga community – and we’re giving you the best price we’ll ever offer in return.
- Do your studios have reception and showers?
Our studios are reception-free to keep costs down for members. We have all the essential yoga equipment and changing rooms, but no showers (except for studios inside Everyone Active Gyms).
- Can I freeze or cancel this membership?
No – because it’s such a heavily discounted special offer, it cannot be paused, frozen, or refunded. Please only purchase if you’re confident you can make use of the 6 months.
- Can I buy this membership more than once?
No – this is a one-time-only offer for each new studio opening. If you cancel and decide to return later, you’ll need to join on our standard membership rates.
- Are there refunds if I change my mind?
No – this is a non-refundable membership. We’ve priced it as the very best deal we can offer and it’s built into our studio launch plans.
- Will the class timetable stay the same?
We occasionally make small changes to timetables to improve your experience. Any major changes will be communicated via email, and we’ll offer reasonable compensation if needed.
- Can I use my membership at other MoreYoga studios?
Yes! You’ll have unlimited access to all MoreYoga studios. We do ask that at least 50% of your classes are booked at your Home Studio, to help build your local yoga community.
- What happens if I miss a class?
If you no-show a booked class, you’ll be charged £10. If you cancel less than 3 hours before the class start time, you’ll be charged £6. This ensures fair access for all members. You can read our full policy here: MoreYoga Self Sign-In & Cancellations.
- Can I practise if I’m pregnant?
If you’re pregnant (especially in the first trimester), we recommend checking with your medical professional before attending classes. You attend at your own risk and MoreYoga is not responsible for any pregnancy-related outcomes.
- Does the membership auto-renew after 6 months?
No – your Founder Membership will end automatically after the 6 months. If you’d like to continue your yoga journey, you can choose from our ongoing membership options.
- When does my membership start?
Your Founder Membership will activate on the day your new studio officially opens. We’ll let you know the exact opening date in advance so you can be ready to roll out your mat.
