At MoreYoga, we believe the choices we make about where we eat, how we eat and the practices we choose help create a better world. We also love a hearty burger followed by a white chocolate tiramisu! Which is why we are delighted to be partnering with plant-based pioneers, Mildreds.
On the restaurant scene since 1988, Mildreds serves some of the best plant-forward food & drinks in the city, with an adventurous menu of globally inspired dishes that change with the seasons.
We’re excited to announce further collaborations, activities and offers for the MoreYoga network – check it out below:

Together, MoreYoga & Mildreds are:
- London’s top hotspots: Mildreds has its roots in Soho, but you can now sample their delicious food at restaurants in Covent Garden, Camden, Kings Cross and Victoria. MoreYoga now has 40+ studios to practise in, some of which are part of the Mildreds’neighbourhoods above. Don’t walk, run!
- Building communities where everyone is welcome: At MoreYoga, we believe in creating inclusive studio environments, and that every body is a yoga body – no matter your background or ability. We also have gender-neutral bathrooms [just like Mildreds – snap!]. Mildreds host a range of exciting get-togethers that cultivate their thriving community – whether that’s celebrating queer artists with an in-restaurant exhibition in June, or their ‘In Good Company’ series.
- Champions for a kinder & more sustainable world: Mildreds have a ‘root to tip’ , waste-conscious philosophy, with all ingredients sourced as locally and seasonally as possible. They’re also great at celebrating their staff ‘family’ on socials, and like MoreYoga, are committed to supporting and giving back to charity – whether that be local food banks or homeless organisations.
- Not playing it safe: Whilst Mildreds continues to innovate the dining scene with pioneering flavours and cutting-edge cuisine, MoreYoga pushes the boundaries around what it means to be able to practise Yoga in the city. We’ve proven you don’t need luxury price tags or fancy activewear to benefit from Yoga and Pilates – radical, we know.
