Charlie has worked as a Mental Health Coach and support worker in a variety of environments: corporate and business, charity and refugee support plus private 1:1’s. Charlie is also qualified in Elemental Yoga Therapy, breathwork, NLP and rewiring the anxious brain using the breath. Charlie works 1:1 to offer support for mental or physical imbalances through using a combination of yoga and talking therapy practices.
