6 Week Pregnancy Journey with Kirsty Myskow
Join us for a supportive community-focused 6 week prenatal journey blending mindful and empowering movement, breath techniques, meditations for relaxation, and expert advice to help you feel confident, calm, and connected through pregnancy and into motherhood.
Each session weaves together themes of community, change, trust, and personal strength. You’ll be guided by experienced facilitators and welcomed into a supportive space to share,learn, and grow – both in person and online.
Includes expert guidance from a Doula and Lactation Consultant

Anyone from 12+ weeks pregnant and looking for a supportive, holistic experience, whether you’re a first-time parent or expanding your family.
What will I need?
Comfortable clothing, a quiet space for online sessions, yoga mat, blocks x 2, yoga bolster or 2 pillows.

About Kirsty Myskow
Kirsty creates a warm, supportive, and empowering space for expectant mothers to connect with themselves and their growing babies. After completing her Pregnancy Training in 2019 and having her baby in 2023 she has a deep understanding of the physical, emotional, and energetic shifts of this unique time, her classes offer a nurturing blend of movement, breath, and stillness.
Each session is carefully designed to be accessible and grounding, promoting strength, calm, and confidence throughout pregnancy. Kirsty weaves together mindful movement, breathwork, meditation, and yoga philosophy to help mothers cultivate presence, reduce anxiety, andprepare both body and mind for birth and beyond.
As a mother herself, Kirsty brings a personal and compassionate approach to her teaching, creating community and connection in each class. Her intention-based practice supports women in tuning into their intuition and embracing the journey of motherhood with grace and trust.
