New to Yoga?
This foundations course is a series of sessions designed for for people who are completely new to yoga. In each 60 minute class Becky Crepsley-Fox breaks down a handful of foundational poses (asanas) which are then repeated and built upon until we move through a whole class. This process will build confidence and help to instil awareness of correct alignment. Repeat the classes as much as you need before moving on to get the asanas into the muscle memory.
Do one per week for a 6 week course, or do at own pace – entirely up to you! This is for you to feel more comfortable, confident and connected to your yoga practice.

If you’ve always struggled with a certain asana, progression or series we are building our library of tutorials and yoga tips to help you develop your practice.

We are dedicated to providing people with the tools to help improve their mental wellbeing alongside their physical health. Our MoreMind team will be delivering range of classes, including meditations and mini wellness coaching workshops. Each week we will deliver classes specifically tailored for the NHS – designed to replenish and restore and help you rebalance and feel more grounded.
