Elena was introduced to yoga as a teenager, but it wasn’t until her twenties that she experienced the true healing powers of the practice and how transformational yoga could be, using it to manage her anxiety and vertigo.
Wanting to learn more, she took the leap and travelled to India to complete her initial 200 hours in Ashtanga Vinyasa. She fell in love with sharing, teaching and learning. Since this, Elena has gone on to take trainings in Yin Yoga and the chakras, Power Yoga and Mandala Vinyasa.
Elena’s teaching style is intuitive and constantly evolving. Intrigued by the energetic body and subtle shifts that come through embodied experience, her sequences are fluid and playful, encouraging you to unlock your own potential, helping you reconnect to your most authentic self.
