Yoga, Breath & Meditation
The word Yoga is translated from the Sanskrit word ‘Yug’ meaning to yoke or unite, and this holistic practice draws on the roots of Yoga, combining gentle Asana (poses), Pranayama (breathwork) & Meditation to align the body, mind and spirit. Expect a combination of slow, embodied movement to help open the body, breathwork to help soothe the nervous system & meditation to help calm the mind.
When did you last hit pause & give yourself a break from the demands of life? Meditation has so many benefits for the mind, body & spirit from reducing stress & anxiety, improving sleep & memory to boosting your energy levels. Expect to begin the class getting settled into the space before your teacher gently guides you through their choice of Meditation style, this may include Visualisation, Chakra, Mantra, Mindfulness, Metta and more. The class will finish with a short relaxation to leave you feeling replenished.
Meditation & Breathwork
Step back from the busyness of the city & reconnect to yourself & your breathing in this soothing Pranayama (breathing exercises) & Meditation class. Learn tools & techniques to help strengthen your nervous system, quiet your mind & balance your energy. Pranayama & Meditation help to reduce stress, ease anxiety, activate the relaxation response & calm both the body & mind.
Yin & Meditation
Let go of stress, anxiety and tension in this nourishing Yin yoga practice. In this class you will be holding poses for longer periods of time to work into the deep connection tissue, helping you release both physical and mental pressure, reduce stress & soothe the nervous system. Yin is a must if you’re wanting to reconnect with your body, make more space for self-care and support your well-being. The class will end with a guided relaxation to leave you feeling completely restored.
Singing bowls are powerful sound healing tools to help balance and support your nervous system and help you to recharge physically, mentally and energetically.
Sound healing can reduce stress, anxiety and ease tension, allowing you to relax and unwind with sound and gentle guided breathwork.
Gongs & Bowls Soundbath
Gong baths are rejuvenating experiences that help to bring about an overall sense of relaxation to help reduce stress & ease anxiety, as well as helping you to develop a better ability to manage the affects of these things on your mind and body. The sound helps move emotional blockages, opening the motion of prana and stimulating sensitivity and consciousness. This encourages a greater sense of balance and contentment, that is carried into your heart and life.
Mantra & Chanting to Live Music
The power of mantra and chanting elevates our consciousness. We can experience a transformative quality in our voice that enriches our whole being. Our own voice vibration gets expressed uniquely, whilst blending and being uplifted by the collective resonance and rhythm. This class is taught to live music, helping to create a beautiful atmosphere of connection and communication to elevate your wellbeing and boost your mood

Lovely place to do yoga and deepen your practice, quite a few classes that are varied to pick from everyday, prices are quite cheap for what you get. Studio itself is spacey, would recommend to both more advanced and beginners. Teachers make it possible for you to go at your pace and always give various ways to approach things.
Great studio with a variety of classes, very good value for money compared to other London studios and flexible booking that lets you change your mind up to 3 hours before the session without being charged. All classes are suitable for all levels of yoga and teachers really make an effort to give enough variations for each pose to make the practice interesting yet accessible to all yogis. So glad I found this studio and also love the fact that i ca visit their other studios as part of my membership.
Attended three classes at MoreYoga Tower Bridge so far and am very impressed. All teachers I met so far were super friendly and professional. The Breathe to Flow was totally mind blowing experience.

Teachers are really great! One of the best places in London to practice your yoga skills!! You can pratice a lots of differents types of yoga which is really great and shows you the infinite aspect of that discipline!
This is my favourite yoga studio in London. I like how dynamic the process is organised – you come, quickly sign in and start the class straight away. This is something which is extremely helpful in busy London life. Moreover I like that despite all the efficiency, the classes are very profound, the teachers are super experienced and the atmosphere is always welcoming and friendly. Really recommend!

I love this studio! Such a cool vibe in an unrivalled location, this studio is light and airy with really cool muralled walls and all designed in the trademark classic MoreYoga style. Teachers are as usual brilliant per the MoreYoga standards and the classroom size is just right. Love to see more studios like this one.

I love Tower Bridge More Yoga. There are classes for all levels and practices. Teachers share their knowledge with compassion, care and generosity. I particularly enjoy yin yoga, this classes take place in the evening, when I finish a session I feel recharged and in peace. If I need a challenge I join a morning class. Studio is well equipped. The music in the background is also well chosen to accompany the practice.
Such an amazing place that’s so open to everyone regardless of their yoga experience! I fully recommend it.
