Vinyasa Flow - Open Level

Switch off, tune in and find your flow in this popular Vinyasa practice focused on syncing movement to breath in a flow designed to build heat, endurance, flexibility and strength. Expect different options throughout the class to suit your practice and what you need, encouraging you to listen to your body, clear your mind and reconnect to your breathing. *Beginner friendly*

Morning Flow

Start your day well by finding your flow in this energising Vinyasa class designed to wake up your body and prepare your mind for the day ahead. Focusing on linking your breath with movement to help boost your energy levels, lift your mood and leave you feeling cool, calm & collected. *Beginner friendly*

Slow Flow

This slow-paced class, inspired by the teachings of TVK Desikachar, combines slow mindful flow with traditional Hatha Yoga postures. The gentle and meditative pace of this practice allows for more precision and quality of the breath, movement and alignment. Sessions may conclude with breath-work, philosophy or meditation. *Beginner friendly*

Flow To Restore

Our Flow to Restore class will transport you from your busy life into a more relaxed and calming space. We’ll begin with a flowing sequence linking postures to breath and helping to release stress or tension whilst building strength and flexibility. The second half of the class promotes deep relaxation with longer held poses to help repair and restore the entire system. *Beginner friendly*

Hatha

Hatha Yoga is a slower paced class with a strong emphasis on the breath, alignment and mindful movement which creates a more meditative space. Hatha is a Sanskrit word which can be broken down into two elements;‘Ha’ meaning sun, and ‘tha’ meaning moon. The practice of Hatha Yoga works to balance these two energies and leave you feeling more aligned, centred and balanced as a result. Each teacher will interpret this practice in their own personal style with their choice of asana (postures) and pranayama (breathwork). *Beginner friendly*

Anusara Hatha

This flowing practice blends elements of traditional Hatha yoga and Vinyasa flow, combining pranayama (breathwork), yoga philosophy, mantras, mudras and creates space to explore & deepen your practice. Anusara is a Sanskrit term derived from the root words, anu meaning “with,” and sara meaning “flow”, it can be translated to “flowing with grace”. *Beginner friendly*

Restorative Recharge

Need to recharge after a long day? Then this is the class for you! In this practice we’ll work on opening the body and quieting the mind through a blissful blend of restorative yoga, classic hatha with a touch of yin and pranayama (breathwork). Expect to leave feeling replenished, open and relaxed. *Beginner friendly*

Forrest Flow

This class has all the benefits of a traditional Forrest Yoga class but with an added element of Vinyasa Flow. A fusion of these two styles will attend to all of your yogic needs in just one hour session! Forrest yoga is an uplifting and inspiring practice that will build flexibility and strength to help deepen the relationship with your authentic self. *Beginner friendly*

Elemental Flow

Elemental flow is our signature vinyasa flow sequence based on elemental and chakra theory. The sequences are carefully designed to build to a peak or series of peak poses and to foster the energy of each individual element. Foundations

MoreYoga Foundations is more than just a beginners yoga class, this specifically designed session is also geared towards those wanting to return to their practice after pregnancy, go back to basics after time out or simply slow down the pace of a session while still incorporating some of the key foundations of a Vinyasa Flow class. Expect a slower teaching style with a sprinkling of philosophy about the history of yoga woven into the hour, a strong focus and clear explanation of these three foundational aspects of yoga, Ujjayi Breath = Conscious Breathing, Bandhas = Energy Locks in the body and Vinyasa Flow = Movement and Alignment with breath. *Beginner friendly*

The perfect way to de-stress and support your wellbeing. The classes are designed to help you relax and restore your mind, body and soul.

Restorative

Restorative Yoga is the perfect antidote to a busy pace of modern life, it is a practice of conscious, intentional rest that allows time for the nervous system to downshift and come back into balance. This practice is floor based and uses props such as bolsters, blankets, blocks and straps to fully support the body, helping you to let go and soften. The class will close with a guided meditation to help nourish the mind, body and spirit.

Yin Yoga

Create space for more self-care in this nourishing practice. Expect to hold poses for longer periods as we work into the deep connection tissue, targeting key areas where we store stress & tension, helping to reduce stress & soothe the nervous system. Yin is a must if you’re wanting to balance your yoga practice, reconnect with your body and support your well-being.

Candlelit Flow

Give yourself a break from the busyness of the world and immerse yourself in this soothing candlelit flow practice & enjoy some space for self-care. This class offers gentle slow flow yoga infused with mindful movement and meditation in an nurturing setting designed to calm the senses, body and mind.

Kundalini

Kundalini classes are physically and mentally challenging, incorporating kriyas (sets of postures), pranayama (breathing techniques), mantras (chanting) and meditation to awaken the Kundalini Energy within. This yoga style balances the glandular system, strengthens the nervous system, and enables you to harness the energy of the mind and the emotions so you can be in control of yourself, rather than being driven by your thoughts and feelings. *Beginner friendly*

Sound Meditation

Singing bowls are powerful sound healing tools to support your nervous system and help you to recharge physically, mentally and energetically. Sound healing can reduce stress, anxiety and ease tension, allowing you to relax and unwind with sound and gentle breathwork. *Beginner friendly*

Mindful Flow

Mindful Flow is inspired by Vinyasa Flow, linking movement with breath in a fluid, flowing sequences, but with a stronger emphasis on becoming fully aware, savouring each moment and exploring the quiet stillness between the postures. We will begin by checking in with ourselves, becoming present and tuning into what is there without judgement. This practice is perfect for beginners to flow at a mindful pace and equally for more experienced yogis looking to slow down their practice and de-stress. *Beginner friendly*

Chakra Yoga

Chakra Yoga works to activate the seven energy centres in the subtle body and realign you energetically. Blockages and imbalances in the Chakras can manifest physically, mentally, or emotionally and in this practice we will begin to release any blocked energy or imbalances to stimulate an internal shift and leave you feeling rebalanced before moving into a soothing guided meditation. *Beginner friendly*

Vinyasa Flow - Level 2

Find your flow in this level 2 Vinyasa class focused on syncing movement to breath in a sequence designed to challenge you and help you to develop your practice. Expect to build heat, endurance, flexibility and strength in this fun and energising flow infused with balances and inversions. This class is suitable for more experienced yogi’s ready to take their practice to the next level at an invigorating pace.

Ashtanga

Ashtanga Vinyasa is a yoga style popularized by K. Pattabhi Jois during the 20th century, often promoted as a modern-day form of classical Indian yoga. Ashtanga means eight limbs or branches, of which asana or physical yoga practice is merely one branch.

Power Flow

Our fun and fiery Power Flow classes are designed to challenge you, to build strength and work up a sweat at a pace guaranteed to get your heart racing. This practice is creatively designed by our amazing instructors to share their own styles and favourite juicy flows – expect to work hard, play hard and enjoy that natural yoga high!

Dharma

Based on the teachings of Sri Dharma Mittra, a beloved and renowned yogi master, Dharma yoga is a strong, graceful and dynamic practice which explores balances, twists, gentle back bending and inversions finishing with a blissful relaxation and pranayama (breathwork). This practice is a moving meditation that supports holistic well-being; your physical, spiritual and mental health.

Rocket

Expect an energising blend of fast flowing movements linked to the breath, arm balances, inversions and backbends set to an awesome playlist! Rocket is not for the faint hearted, if you’re looking to challenge yourself, rocket will certainly push you to your limits.

Mandala Flow

In Sanskrit Mandala means “complete” or “circle”, in this class we will focus on flowing through each element, creating heat and prana throughout whole system as you move in a complete circle around your mat. This practice uses all four points of the compass and will begin and end with a soothing yin pose to balance out the body, mind and spirit. Expect to be challenged by the dynamic choreographed sequencing of Mandala Flow, to get upside down and to have a lot of fun in the process!

Yogasana

This fast-paced vinyasa based practice that focuses on alignment as well as traditional yogic breathing techniques (pranayama), and includes hands-on adjustments. Expect a powerful breathing-moving meditation that connects mind, body and spirit, all infused with a hint of yoga philosophy. This style is not for the faint-hearted but perfect if you’re looking to challenge yourself or explore advanced asanas in your practice. *Not suitable for beginners*

Jivamukti

Jivamukti is a challenging and playful yoga sequence ideally suited for intermediate and advanced students. This style combines a vinyasa flow based class of standing poses, seated postures, inversions, backbends and relaxation practiced in a constantly changing sequence creatively designed to keep it fresh and energising. Expect amazing hands-on adjustments, meditation, chanting and always uplifting and inspiring music.

YOGA FUSION, FITNESS & FLEXIBILITY

Focused on building strength and flexibility to keep your mind & body healthy and to support your yoga practice.

Core Flow

Core Flow focuses on strengthening the core muscles by infusing flowing movement, breathwork and postures which activate and condition the abdominal muscles. Expect to also enjoy some juicy deep stretching and strengthening of the whole body in this class.

Stretch & Mobility Flow

This full body stretch and mobility flow class is a great addition to your yoga practice. You can expect this class to help restore any areas where you have lost range of motion in the body, maintain joint health and increase your mobility. This is a slower-paced class and creates the space to reconnect with your body and quiet the mind. Great for cyclists, gym goers, runners and yoga newbies. *Beginner friendly*

Pilates

Pilates is a mat based mind-body exercise that focuses on core stability, strength, flexibility and muscle control. Expect to focus on your posture and proper muscle engagement with breathwork throughout the practice. With a blend of relaxing and upbeat music, your teacher will guide you through proper postures with breath control, leaving you feeling challenged and balanced whatever your ability. *Beginner Friendly*

Flexibility Flow

This class is perfect if you’re looking to improve your flexibility, we’ll work through a flowing yoga sequence combining breathwork and philosophy to build inner and outer flexibility. This is a great practice to also compliment other forms of exercise. *Beginner friendly*

Pilates & Zen

Pilates & Zen is blissful blend of full body movement followed by total calm, in the first 45 minutes of this class you will be guided through an intensive Pilates practice designed to strengthen your core and stability and challenge the entire body. Once the hard work is over you will then be treated to some Zen! Depending on which of our lovely teachers is leading the class, this could involve a meditation with the use of singing bowls, a beautiful restorative close with a deep Savasana or a soothing guided meditation to leave you feeling balanced and refreshed. *Beginner friendly*

Yoga Conditioning for Arm Balances

A complete upper body and core workout using the best equipment possible: your own body. From push-ups to planks, crunches to plyometrics, you will build strength, muscle endurance and a stronger core. Learn how to prepare your body for arm balances and step into more challenging asanas safely and with greater confidence. All levels welcome, but do expect to be challenged to your fullest potential and work up a sweat!

HIIT Pilates

A dynamic fusion of pilates and fitness, this class includes HIIT (high-intensity interval training), core control and mat based pilates that will focus on developing core strength, flexibility, balance and stamina. This class brings together the most challenging elements of Pilates and HIIT training, expect uplifting music and get ready to sweat!

FitFlo

Fitness yoga for those who are looking for all the benefits of a fitness session blended with the attributes of yoga. You’ll be loving it when we get to the Savasana. *Not suitable for beginners*

Art of Flexibility

Learn how to safely increase your flexibility and broaden your range of motion using active and static stretches inspired by yoga, contortion and dance. Each week we will focus on a different area of the body including the whole extension of the back, hamstrings and hips. The class will safely guide you through a series of mobility drills and prop/wall based assists which will help you improve your body awareness, strength, flexibility and alignment. The sessions will end with creative sequencing and transitions which will be adapted to push and challenge all levels.

Yogalates

A fun and challenging fusion of yoga and pilates incorporating movements from both disciplines, focusing on strengthening the core, the deep postural muscles and improving body awareness. Expect a dynamic class which will leave you feeling centred, aligned and energised.
