The best way to manage your account is via our MoreYoga app. You can download it on the links below. This gives you the freedom to manage your class bookings, track your goals and rewards and keep your account details up to date.
NO RECEPTIONS
We don’t have any receptions, which means we need to maintain our communication with you through our app, through email and social media channels. This enables us to enrich your experience, provide helpful information and make sure important studio updates get through.
SELF SIGN IN
We are a reception-free facility which means we can make your membership cheaper. We pass the saving on to you and in return we ask that our members take the responsibility to sign themselves in for class. Avoid no show and late cancel charges by understanding this process.
USING WAITING LISTS
Sometimes the classes you want to attend will show as fully booked. Make sure you add yourself to the waitlist as things move around frequently and you will usually be able to get in to classes – but update your settings so you know you are in!
AVOIDING CHARGES
We have a strict 3 hour cancellation window. Please ensure you cancel classes with plenty of time for others to join. Within 3 hours and we will apply a £6 Late cancellation Fee. If you no show to class £10 No Show fee will apply. Please be considerate of other customers and cancel in good time when you know you can’t make it to cklass.
