Sophia is a yoga teacher and movement facilitator, bringing a sense of play and focus to her classes and workshops through her enterprise, Kinaesthetic. Whether teaching a yoga class or a more free-form mindful movement session, she’s all about inclusion and access for all bodies and backgrounds. She aims to create space for her students to breathe and find embodied connection to themselves and the world around them.
