Nathalie von Rotz
Instructor
Originally from Switzerland, Nathalie was introduced to Yoga over 9 years ago. Initially as a complement to other forms of physical activity, to strengthen the body and maintain flexibility after years of gymnastics. The sense of peace and deeper self-connection that a steady practice gave her, kept her coming back to the mat. Eventually becoming an integral part of physical and mental wellbeing, a feeling of home.
She since took her 200-hour training with Yoga London, followed by advanced trainings with The Yoga People such as a 30-hour Mandala Vinyasa and 70-hour Yin & Chakras; a 100-hours Asana Analysis, Anatomy & Assisting Methodology with Krama Yoga and a 10-hour Sounds & Scripts of Sanskrit training with the Samadhi Collective.
Nathalie honours her role to hold a sacred space for her students, where they can let go, feel safe and supported. Her aim is to empower students by encouraging them to explore their body and boundaries whilst reconnecting with their breath, mind and heart. Always offering a variety of modifications for students of all levels, with an emphasis on creating an inclusive environment.
Expect a flowing, dynamic practice with a focus on balancing strength and flexibility, breath and intention in her Vinyasa, Power and Mandala classes; and also cultivating a sense of grounding and nurturing in her Yin classes.
