Michelle’s yoga journey began in 2008, with an initial intention to heal her sport injuries through low impact exercise. This quickly developed into consistent and dedicated practice. Under the guidance of her mentor and teacher, Tryphenia Chia, Michelle completed her first teaching training in 2018 and commenced teaching immediately thereafter. Since then she has further completed advanced teacher training with both Patrick Creelman and Rinat Perlman in Hong Kong, and with Jason Crandell in London. Michelle’s dynamic power vinyasa based classes are both fun and energetic, blending breathwork and mindful movement with an emphasis on detailed alignment and anatomical precision. A mindful practice that harmonises the body and mind, finding equanimity in moment of chaos.
