Trained in both vinyasa and yin yoga, I love how yoga can be what you need from it: whether it’s something to get you energised, or calm you down. My aim is to make my students feel at ease by delivering accessible classes, and offering options suitable for beginners to advanced. My teaching style is strong, energetic, and focused, with lots of options to explore and find both physical and mental strength. To me, yoga is for everyone, and I am always keen to highlight the benefits this ancient practice brings. Most of all, I want my students to enjoy their practice and have fun!
