Martyn discovered yoga over 10 years ago and it soon became a large part of his life. After helping him overcome both mental and physical challenges, his teaching became focused on making yoga accessible for everyone.
With a philosophy towards mindfulness, body positivity, and self-acceptance that applies on and off the mat, Martyn creates an inclusive space to have fun and explore your yoga practice. Expect flowing sequences, connection with your breath, and calming words of encouragement.
