Yoga inspires me to live and move into each moment mindfully and my practise has helped me to grow stronger on and off the mat. I have a background in the Mental Health sector and I interweave this experience in my yoga classes to help soothe the mind and body through conscious movement and breathing.
I love to combine creative sequencing and playfulness, encouraging you to have fun and remember that it is a practise not perfection! My classes offer opportunities to build strength, promote balance and physical relaxation whilst giving the opportunity to connect to the deeper parts of you. I like students to leave class feeling strong, refreshed and calmer in mind and spirit.
