My yoga journey started when I was in my early 30s. I moved to London from a different country and was desperately trying to juggle a career in banking and a family life. What began as an escape from stress and stiffness caused by a demanding corporate job soon became a passion and a daily discipline. Not only yoga made me stronger and healthier but I also felt calmer, happier and more balanced. I started researching the yoga subject and reading books about yoga history, philosophy and anatomy and became completely fascinated by it and I just can’t stop learning!
Several years later, I decided to get qualified and began sharing my love of yoga with friends and clients in London and worldwide.
I’ve completed multiple trainings and certifications programmes and specialise in teaching Vinyasa, Rocket and Yin Yoga styles.
I’ve trained with Marcus Veda, Hannah Whittingham, Jamie Clarke, Christian Di Giorgio and Claudia Dossena.
My classes are dynamic and uplifting, harmonised with meditation and pranayama (breath work) which helps to move towards inner stillness.
Music is a prominent feature of my Vinyasa and Rocket classes (thanks to Marcus and Hannah) and sequences flow with rhythm and beat.
I also love writing and sharing about various elements of yoga.
What drives me the most is seeing students’ smiling faces after the class and helping people to become healthier and happier. I feel so lucky and grateful to be able to teach yoga.
