My name is Anya Popova, I have been teaching for nearly 4 years, I teach mainly dynamic or power vinyasa, although recently trained in Yin yoga with Sarah Powers. My interests in yoga are meditation and the philosophical side of yoga, as well as a strong physical approach with lots of alignment and anatomical cues. I am inspired by various styles of yoga especially those that root deeply into the ethics of yoga and traditional texts. I have experience teaching kids as well as adults of various levels both beginners and more practised.
