I have always enjoyed being active and competing in various sports, but a newfound love for movement was discovered the day my yoga journey began around 6 years ago. After discovering I had become stiff, inflexible & weak at still a young age, something had to change. Yoga has gifted knowledge of self, enhanced physical ability, day to day comfort as well as providing a safe space for the mind to find peace, as it can for you too. Its an opportunity to explore and celebrate our bodies, regardless of our physical ability. My style is vinyasa flow, connecting to our breath we find balance between building strength and mobility, whilst still enjoying a good stretch. I hope to see you on the mat soon!
