Kirsty is dedicated to creating a welcoming and supportive environment for all. Her classes are empowering, accessible and energising. Emphasis is placed on staying present throughout the practise by focussing on the body and breath to achieve the positive mindset “flow state.” Through intention-based practice, she incorporates mantra, focused breathwork, yoga philosophy, and meditation as tools to use in daily life which help to calm the mind and guide practitioners closer towards inner peace and contentment.
- 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training which incorporated Jivamukti, Ashtanga, Sivananda, Tripsicore, Prana Flow
- 50-hour Bhakti Yoga
- 50-hour Prenatal Yoga
- Continued Professional Development in Yoga Philosophy with the Oxford Centre for Hindu Studies, including: • Yoga Philosophy • Bhagavad Gita Level 1 • Bhagavad Gita Level 2 • Puranas • Shaivism • Three Short Upanishads.
