I found myself on the matt somewhere in my 20s for many reasons . I started in India, practicing
Hatha yoga and get introduced to Ayurveda. Following the curiosity and wanting to escape London
a bit longer, I did my 300hrs Kaula Tantra Yoga yoga training at Durga’s Tiger School, in Casa Kiliku,
Quito, Ecuador. Back in London I did a restorative training with Anna Ashby and intro to prenatal &
pregnancy yoga with Lolly Stirk at Triyoga London. Getting stronger and maybe bit wilder on the
matt I decided to do my 200hrs Rocket Vinyasa training with Marcus Veda, Hannah Whittingham
and Christian Di Giorgio (the incredible anatomy & iyengar teacher! ) at Good Life School, London.

As well as Rocket, I also teach Vinyasa Flow and Restorative classes online and IRL. I have been also
teaching yoga with Ourmala , charity working with refugees and asylum seekers. I believe there is
something for every-body on the matt. Breath is the key, as long as you are breathing, paying
attention then you are practicing. And then just enjoy and play!
