About Charlie Granger

Charlie is a yoga therapist & teacher. With specialist training in yoga (500Hrs – Hatha, Ashtanga, Iyengar, Yin, Anatomy), BSc degree in Psychology & Neuroscience and a mental health coach. Combing these disciplines has allowed Charlie to offer and create empowering and awakening meditation sessions. Charlie has held meditation classes & workshops for up to 200 people across London, where she is now based, and before this, she was teaching meditation & yoga throughout South America. Charlie is interested in using meditation to help others remove psychological obstacles and barriers to aid positive change & transformation. Plus using mindfulness meditation for the management of physical pain, helping to use the breath and guided meditation to promote growth and relaxation.
