Yana’s teaching focuses on whole body workout, bringing each student to sense of inner calm, joy, balance and flexibility. Her classes are designed to engaged whole body movement, so you can feel energised, uplifted, centered and connected to your inner self. Together we will explore various asanas to increase your strength, stability, flexibility and balance, leaving you feeling stronger, calmer and happier after the class.
