Through Yoga, I teach an appreciation of our present state of being (mindfulness), to help counteract the stresses of daily life. I will guide you to go deeper with breathing techniques (Pranayama) & physical poses (Asana) before a well-deserved relaxation (Savasana). I use a non-competitive approach to allow you to challenge your own physical and emotional boundaries, where I always offer alternatives to accommodate all levels, being kind to our bodies through practice of Ahimsa (non-harm).
I teach both Yin and Yang styles. Yin is still while Yang is a more dynamic style of physical practice.
