2:00pm - 4:00pm (120 min)David S.9 of 20 openQueer Movement + Workshop
LGBTQ+ friendly yoga class & social afterwards to connect with others.A gentle afternoon for queer folks to slow down and reconnect with ourselves and each other.
Join David Steer to explore a space of self-awareness, connect to others and find joy within a supportive and inclusive community. This is an open space to practice and bring queerness into well-being.
Each session explores a unique theme relevant to LGBTQ+ experiences and includes creative sessions such as journaling, group discussions and taught workshops.
You will be guided through a simple yet purposeful Yoga practice and guided through meditation with the intent to offer self-reflection and acceptance. We aim to bring people together and foster friendships so you can expect an element of interaction with others, although you are welcome to join in as a listener.
The theme for this session is ‘Friendship’- exploring reflective questions such as ‘What does friendship mean to you?’ ‘How do you find friendship?’ And ‘what do you want your friends to bring out in you?’
We'll open with guided meditation, move through some energising yoga, then pause for tea and cake, a chance to connect, and close with journaling and optional conversations.
As always, this is donation-based on a sliding scale, raising money for Queer Minds, a peer support service for LGBTQIA+ people in SE London, offering monthly support groups, trans drop-in groups, and other workshops and activities."
There are 3 different pricing options available for this Workshop:
Tier 1 - £10: You are unemployed or a student. You don’t have savings or you might have people depending on you. You will notice the money leaving your bank account and paying a higher sum may mean you cut back on other things.

You have savings and you can afford some fun expenses every month such as restaurants, cinema and shopping)Tier 3 - £20: You have a comfortable amount of disposable income and do not need to pay close attention to money leaving your account. 2:00pm - 4:00pm (120 min)Maike K.20 of 20 openThis 120 minute workshop begins with a gentle Hatha yoga practice, designed to calm the nervous system through mindful movement, breath and presence. In the second half we transition into a guided Women’s Circle- a welcoming space for honest conversation, quiet reflection and shared experience.
Together we’ll explore a meaningful theme relevant to women’s lives, such as self-worth, boundaries, body image, identity, ageing or navigating life’s transitions. Sharing is always optional, and there is no expectation to speak. The circle is held without judgement, fixing or advice. Simply being present is enough.
My intention is to create a space where women feel supported, seen and reminded that they don’t have to navigate life’s challenges alone. Whether you come to share, listen or simply take a moment for yourself, you’ll be warmly welcomed.
It is suitable for all levels of yoga experience.
ws of menstruation: how ancient traditions honoured it, how modern society views it, and how we can reclaim a positive relationship with our flow.
* journal and discuss in a safe, inclusive space – bring your questions and your curiosity. -

Join us for a deeply restorative evening designed to help you reconnect with your heart through meditation, ceremonial cacao and sound.
We begin with a gentle shamanic smudging ritual to cleanse the space and help you arrive fully in the present moment, followed by a guided meditation and a cup of ceremonial cacao. Traditionally used to support heart connection, cacao invites you to gently open the heart, deepen your connection with yourself, and set an intention for the journey ahead.
From this place of openness, you’ll be immersed in a nourishing gong bath accompanied by shamanic instruments. As you rest comfortably, the vibrations of the gongs and sound instruments encourage deep relaxation, helping to release tension, quiet the mind and create space for clarity, insight and inner connection.
Before you leave, you’ll receive a personal oracle card to offer a final message and intention to take with you beyond the evening.
No previous experience is needed. Simply wear comfortable clothing, bring anything you need to feel cosy, and allow yourself to receive.

This 2-hour session is crafted to provide deep relaxation and support the body's natural ability to discharge tension, regulate the nervous system, and improve resilience to stress.
In this workshop, we'll begin with a grounding Yin Yoga sequence, focusing on deep, passive stretches that allow you to release tightness in the connective tissues. Yin poses encourage stillness, patience, and breath awareness, promoting relaxation and preparing the body for deeper work.

TRE® is effective for stress reduction, relaxation, and restoring a sense of calm and ease.

2:00pm - 4:00pm (120 min)Siân Rose B.30 of 30 openFor thousands of years, women have gathered in a Circle to share their stories, honour life's transitions and experience the strength that emerges through community. In the ever-evolving seasons and cycles of our lives, this ancient practice can become your anchor—a place to come home to yourself and your truth.
This gathering is not a social gathering; it is a sacred one. When women sit together in this ritualised way, there is an unseen yet tangible energy that holds us. Sometimes it is enough simply to sit in this presence and allow ourselves to be witnessed.
All accepted. Everyone equal.
Together we will meditate, share, move our bodies, journal and you will receive an anointing. We will gently release old skins from seasons gone by, making space for what is ready to emerge within us and in our lives.
No two Circles are ever identical. Each one expands and contracts in response to the energy and pulse of the women who gather. The Circle breathes with us; it can be joyful, it can be tender and, most often, it is both.
Come as you are. Leave remembering who you are. -

2:30pm - 4:30pm (120 min)Chris T.29 of 30 openYoga Masterclass with Chris
An extended practice rooted in authentic, traditional yoga. This masterclass is an invitation to go deeper — into your practice, your breath, and the philosophy that underpins it all. Rather than treating yoga as a series of poses, this class is rooted in the traditional teachings passed down through an unbroken lineage (parampara) , honouring yoga as a complete, integrated practice, unlike western-invented, vanity and fake interpretations of yoga.
Across an extended session, we'll move through mantra, asana, pranayama, and meditation, woven together and grounded throughout in yogic philosophy — not as an afterthought, but as the thread that ties the whole practice together.
*What to expect*
If you've been to one of Chris’ classes before, this will feel familiar in spirit — just expanded. The additional time isn't just more of the same; it opens up space for:
* A longer, more in-depth asana practice, allowing sequences to unfold fully rather than being rushed
* Pranayama following the physical practice, to work with the breath once the body has settled
* Dhyana (meditation) to close, bringing the practice to stillness in absorptionThe result is a fuller arc — from movement, to breath, to absorption — reflecting how yoga has traditionally been taught and practiced, rather than the shortened formats many of us are used to.
*Who this is for*
This class is suited to those with an existing yoga practice who want to explore it more fully, and to anyone curious about yoga as a complete tradition rather than just a physical exercise. Hands-on adjustments are offered throughout."

Perfect for beginners and seasoned breathers alike, the session will start with talking through the breathwork techniques and tools we'll use, as well as sensations that might arise, after which we will drop into a grounding meditation to set intentions for the journey. We'll breathe for around 30 mins, then spend plenty of time integrating and resting. There'll also be time to share before we close the container together. Leave feeling grounded, connected and ready to move forward with a renewed energy.

2:00pm - 4:00pm (120 min)Elena-Catalina G.25 of 25 openThis workshop is an exploration of one of yoga’s central teachings: learning to soften our grip on what no longer serves us. The practice of vairāgya.
Together we’ll explore vairāgya through the seasonal qualities of Autumn and through the lens of yoga philosophy, breathwork, meditation, and yin. Inspired by the Metal Element in Traditional Chinese Medicine, which is associated with the lungs, large intestine, and the qualities of release and clarity, we’ll discover how to support nervous system regulation, cultivate self-awareness, and create space for rest.
Autumn reminds us that nature doesn’t cling to what it’s ready to release. Trees let go of their leaves, the days become quieter, and the world begins to slow. Yoga invites us to do the same. Letting go of an old belief, an old pattern, an old version of yourself, even when you know it’s time, is some of the most demanding work the practice asks of us.
Suppressing our feelings day by day becomes exhausting. Learning the art of softening, of letting go, and allowing our emotions to be present encourages the body to heal and release.
Join this workshop to practise creating an internal environment which encourages the mind and body to let go of emotions that aren't serving you well, and become aware of the things that need more of your attention.

This workshop offers a unique opportunity to deepen your practice by moving in unison with the breath and traditional counting, cultivating focus, discipline and a stronger connection to the roots of Ashtanga Yoga.

2:00pm - 4:00pm (120 min)Michael P.27 of 27 openJoin Michael Peck for an immersive workshop designed to help you release stress, restore balance, and reset your nervous system through the powerful practices of Yin Yoga and Tension & Trauma Release Exercises (TRE®).
Following the Yin practice, we’ll transition into TRE® – a series of gentle, guided exercises developed to safely trigger the body's natural tremoring mechanism, which helps release stored tension and trauma from the muscles and nervous system. TRE® is effective for stress reduction, relaxation, and restoring a sense of calm and ease.
This session is open to all levels, including beginners. It’s ideal for anyone seeking tools to manage stress, support emotional balance, and experience a renewed sense of well-being.

2:00pm - 4:00pm (120 min)Kirthana A.20 of 20 openThere is an exhausting pattern in modern life: we spend our days holding tension—whether hunched at a desk, rushing between meetings, or managing the endless logistics of home and family—and then we bring that same "push and force" mindset into our exercise routines. We brace through our days, and then we brace through our wellness practices. Of course, both leave us drained.
It’s no one’s fault that we move and live this way. This is what we have grown up with, what we’ve seen modelled, and what our culture has taught us to measure as effort. If I had a penny for every time I've heard "no pain, no gain", I would probably be a millionaire!
But finding slowness, softness, and ease can create so much space—space we didn't realize we had for things to unfold that we didn't think could.
This workshop explores that vital middle ground. Grounded in the fluid principles of Tai Chi and natural movement, we step away from force, bracing, and rigid shapes toward a sustainable, breath-led practice.
The goal isn't just to change how you move on the mat, but to take that principle of ease into how you handle stress, work, and the frantic pace of everyday life. It’s learning how to drop unnecessary tension, conserve your energy, and move through your world with far more resilience.
It’s the reset your body doesn’t just need, but deserves.

2:00pm - 4:00pm (120 min)Darren W.30 of 30 openNamed because you'll be slowly "cooked" over two hours, the Rocket BBQ combines the Rocket 1 and Rocket 2 sequences into one extended practice, including pranayama and full closing sequence. Gabriel and Darren will tag in and out of the teacher's mat throughout the session, with one leading the class while the other moves around the room offering hands-on assists.
It will be a playful but challenging practice with all the inversions, arm balances, standing balances, seated folds and backbends that make the Rocket so much fun - plus a few creative transitions, poses and variations you may not have tried before.
