YogaJam #2: ‘POWER (Half) HOUR – Warning: Not for the faint-hearted!’
– An intermediate-advanced level 30min of pure playtime for those who are wanting to practice their tapas on the mat, expect to float, fly, go upside down, rock and roll and sweat in this punchy, playful high-tempo YogaJam. (Not suitable for those with injuries)
YogaJam #3 – ‘Slow Down & Surrender’
A half hour, delicious, slow and soft practice, asking us to be ‘radiant not rushed, and lean into feeling stable and not stuck’. With a focus on hips and shoulders, this is the perfect anti-desk yoga and a great evening practice. Suitable for all levels.
