Why 108 Sun Salutations?

The practice of 108 Sun Salutations is an ancient ritual with a deeply spiritual meaning. Stemming from the Hindu belief that 108 is a sacred number, it is traditionally performed to celebrate and mark the changing of the seasons, including the Summer Solstice.

This workshop will open and energise the body, bring more prana (life force) into the body and bring heightened awareness. It will help shift energy, cleansing and detoxifying and bringing a state of ease and flow.

It sounds like a lot, but trust us, most people can easily complete 108 sun salutations! Tap into your inner drive and feel the transformative effect of this ancient ritual.
