PLEASE READ EVERY SECTION CAREFULLY

  1. Membership gives you unlimited access to all MoreYoga studios with unlimited usage to classes only. (Workshops & Events are not included).

     

  2. Please note that all contracts start on the day of purchase.
  3. The first monthly fee is sold at a reduced rate – this is an introductory offer and cannot be used again
  4. Subscription fees must be paid irrespective of whether or not the Member uses the studio’s facilities.
  5. This is a monthly rolling membership with no minimum term. This is an automatic payment agreement.
  6. The membership fee is £49 and allows you access to any and all MoreYoga studios.
  7. Please note MoreYoga does not allow practice in the first trimester of pregnancy. Teachers will be asking for this information and will turn you away if you are not over the first 12 weeks of your pregnancy. Apologies for any inconvenience caused. We will love to see you in your second and third trimester!
  8. You can suspend any time with 7 days notice given prior to the membership’s renewal date (the next payment date).To suspend please contact customer services on https://www.moreyoga.co.uk/contact/).

8.1 Please note, we have a minimum 1 month suspension period and a maximum of 6 months. 

  1. Cancellations – please note we have a 7-day notice period prior to the membership renewal date (next payment date)To cancel you must fill in a short cancellation form online. Please see here https://www.moreyoga.co.uk/prices/cancellations-suspensions/ This is the only way to cancel your membership.

9.1 Once you have completed your cancellation form, an email will be sent as confirmation. Please note NO REFUNDS will be given upon failure to complete the cancellation form. 

10.Clients are able to find out the dates that the payment renews by looking at the My Account section on our website or in the MoreYoga app. Information can also be accessed through www.mindbodyonline.com or by downloading the MindBody app. Any further information needed with finding out the renewal dates can be obtained via Customer Services: https://www.moreyoga.co.uk/contact/

  1. Please note that should you choose to cancel, you will not be able to purchase this membership from our website / app. Please contact customer service to reactivate your membership.

     

  2. This membership only includes classes and not anything else such as workshops.

  4. Should a monthly payment fail we will contact you to clear your account. If the account payment for the month is not fixed within 7 days of the new month starting, a fine of £25 will be added to your account. Your membership will be suspended until the payment is cleared. After 14 days of non-clearance of an account bound by contract, the debt will be passed on to our debt collection providers and additional costs will be applied. Obviously, we never want an account to go this far.
  5. There are no refunds on this membership irrespective of personal circumstances. We are offering you the best that you will get anywhere and we are factoring the income from your membership into our business model. By agreeing to the contract you agree to all the above and are not bound by statutory law in regards to a refund.
  6. Please note all our studios are reception-free and have no showers (only exceptions are studios within Everyone Active Gyms). We do however have all the equipment and changing rooms.
  7. We reserve the right to make changes to our timetables at any time. These changes will not be major and will not affect the quality of your practice. Should we make any major changes we will notify you in an email and appropriate compensation will be given if reasonable.

ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP

12 MONTHS PRE-PAID MEMBERSHIP

UNLIMITED USAGE ACROSS ALL LOCATIONS – Save £450 per year – compared to a Monthly Unlimited membership!

1. We are unable to cancel or freeze this membership. Please be aware of any future plans which may change your ability to attend classes.

2. Due to Covid-19 we are operating a fair usage policy of 12 in studio classes per month. Should you try to book more classes the system will prompt for additional payment. Whilst we only operate online, there is no booking limit for Zoom classes.

3. Our fair usage policy highlighted in 2. is Subject to change at any given time. An email explaining any changes will be sent to the email address provided. 

4. Subscription fees must be paid irrespective of whether or not the Member uses the Studio’s facilities. This a non-refundable pricing option.

5.  Clients who no show to sessions will be charged £10 per session; late cancellations incur a charge of £6. Please make sure you cancel classes more than 3 hours before their start time. For the policy in detail please see: https://www.moreyoga.co.uk/self-sign-in/  If you had any issues signing in on the iPads, or had other difficulties/circumstance you feel qualifies you to waive the fees please email noshows@moreyoga.co.uk as soon as you can.

6. Clients acknowledge and agree that they are being given preferential rates by MoreYoga and therefore it is fair and reasonable that MoreYoga charges them for any payments as listed in section 5. above.

7. Any further information needed with finding out the expiration dates or usage of the pass is visible on your account. If you have any questions please contact Customer Services on Facebook Messenger or call 0808 175 0238 between 10-17 Monday to Sunday.

8. This is a very simple contract and an extremely good value – being one of the most affordable on the market. 

PAY-AS-YOU-GO

Terms & Conditions - Pay As You Go

TERMS & CONDITIONS PAY-AS-YOU-GO 

  1. PAYG blocks have a validity period displayed on the website before your purchase and can also be obtained by looking at the ‘Passes’ section of your account by checking the expiry date.

    The validity periods are:

    4 session block – 2 months
    8 session block – 3 months 
  2. The blocks activate on the day of purchase. This date cannot be modified.

     

  3. PAYG blocks are non-refundable.

     

  4. PAYG blocks cannot be frozen.

    Please be aware of the validity period to use your allotted sessions. Should you need more time to use the block we may be able to add the sessions left over on your current pass to your next purchase. 
  5. Discounts

    We offer a student, blue light card and over 60 discounts on our PAYG blocks. You will be asked for evidence of your status by Customer Service to receive your discount code. The discount can be applied to multiple purchases.

    Discounts displayed on the website are usually for a limited period and can be withdrawn at any time. Please note the activation date of the passes cannot be offset unless specified as part of the offer. If you purchase a block with a discount code, the activation date will be your purchase date. Should an offer specify that starts dates can be offset, customer service will be able to do this for you.

    If you miss a discount we will not be able to retrospectively apply this to your purchase.

  6. Wellness TV access

    PAYG blocks do not give you access to our online content. You are welcome to purchase this separately on https://wellnesstv.moreyoga.co.uk/ or opt for one of our memberships. 
  7. Switches from PAYG to Memberships

    Should you wish to switch to one of our memberships you will be able to use the remaining amount (pro-rata credit) on your block towards the membership purchase. 
  8. PERKVILLE REWARDS & PAYG

    Perkville points are not applicable to PAYG purchases. If you’d like to take advantage of our rewards programme, please switch to a monthly rolling membership. For more information please see: REWARDS – MoreYoga

    9. No show & Late cancellation Fees

    Clients who no show to sessions will be charged £10 per session; late cancellations incur a charge of £6. The session is also taken off your class pack.     10. In the event of another national lockdown, we will be able to provide an extension on the blocks in lieu with the length of lockdown.

Terms and Conditions of Attendance and Participation

These are the terms (the “Agreement”) that govern your attendance at and/or participation in a MoreYoga Event or Workshop.

The Event is organised by MoreFit Limited, Company Number 07341920 (‘Organiser’). The ‘Organiser’ will from hereon be referred to as MoreYoga.

By registering for the Event you are agreeing to these terms, which form a legal contract between MoreYoga, and the registered attendee and/or participant (“you”). If you are registering on behalf of another it is your responsibility to ensure that the person attending is aware of these terms and accepts them, and by completing the registration you are warranting that you have made the attendee aware of these terms and that they have accepted these terms.

1.     Event admission

1.1.    Admittance. Your registration entitles you to admittance to the Event. Any and all other costs associated with your attendance (including without limitation any travel and/or accommodation expenses) shall be borne solely by you and MoreYoga shall have no liability for such costs.

1.2     Registration. You are required to register an account via MoreYoga’s website (www.moreyoga.co.uk) or mobile application (‘MoreYoga’). By registering an account you accepted the Liability Waiver. The relevant parts of the terms and conditions outlined in this document extend to Events organised by MoreYoga involving any physical activity. For more detail please see point (3) of the Liability Waiver.

1.3.    Termination. You acknowledge that MoreYoga reserves the right to request your removal from the Event if MoreYoga, in its sole discretion, considers your presence and/or behavior to create a disruption or to hinder the Eventand/or the enjoyment of the Event by other attendees or speakers.

1.4.    Media. By attending the Event you acknowledge and agree to grant MoreYoga the right at the Event to record, film, photograph or capture your likeness in any media now available and hereafter developed and to distribute, broadcast, use or otherwise globally to disseminate, in perpetuity, such media without any further approval from you or any payment to you. This grant to MoreYoga includes, but is not limited to, the right to edit such media, the right to use the media alone or together with other information, and the right to allow others to use and/or disseminate the media.

1.5.    Event Content. You acknowledge and agree that MoreYoga, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to change any and all aspects of the Event, including but not limited to, the Event name, themes, content, program, speakers, performers, hosts, moderators, venue and time.

1.6.   Waitlists. There is no waitlisting for MoreYoga Events. However you may come to a private arrangement with the host of the Event. MoreYoga does not take any responsibility for such an arrangement or private agreement and is not liable for handling any complaints or disputes resulting.

1.7.   Age requirement. The minimum age to attend any MoreYoga event is 18. You will be required to provide proof of ID at the Event’s location, unless otherwise specified in the promotion of the event.

2.     Fee(s)

2.1.    Payment. The Entry Fee (variable) for the Event is due prior to the Event online. If such payment is insufficient or declined for any reason MoreYoga may refuse to admit you to the Event and shall have no liability in that regard.

2.2   MoreYoga does not accept any payment made at the Event’s location.

3.     Substitution and cancellation policy

3.1 After registering for the Event, if you cancel your attendance at least 1 week prior to the date of the Event, you will receive a 100% refund of the amount of your payment*. If you cancel within 1 week of the date of the Event, you will not be eligible for a refund; however, substitutions (subject to availability) or a refund to your MoreYoga account may be arranged at the sole discretion of MoreYoga. (If booked with a Perkville token, the points redeemed for the token will be lost if cancelled within 1 week of the event.)

*If you cancel with at least 1 week notice, you will be able to rebook your workshop token if it is still valid (workshop tokens are valid for 12 months from their purchase date). If you wish to receive a refund, please contact Customer Service, as this cannot be done automatically when you cancel the event: CONTACT – MoreYoga

4.     Privacy policy

4.1.    MoreYoga is committed to protecting the privacy of its customers. We operate from London and adhere to a strict privacy policy, which is available online at https://www.moreyoga.co.uk/privacy-policy/

5.     Intellectual property

5.1.    All intellectual property rights in and to the Event, the Event content and all materials distributed at or in connection with the Event are owned by MoreYoga and/or the Event sponsors or speakers presenting at the Event. You may not use or reproduce or allow anyone to use or reproduce any trademarks or other trade names appearing at the Event, in any Event content and/or in any materials distributed at or in connection with the Event for any reason without the prior written permission of MoreYoga.

5.2.    For the avoidance of doubt, nothing in this Agreement shall be deemed to vest in you any legal or beneficial right in or to any trade marks or other intellectual property rights owned or used under licence by MoreYoga.

6.     Warranties and limitation of liability

6.1.    MoreYoga gives no warranties in respect of any aspect of the Event or any materials related thereto or offered at the Event and, to the fullest extent possible under the laws governing this Agreement, disclaims all implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, timeliness and merchantability. MoreYoga cannot accept any responsibility or liability for reliance by you or any person on any aspect of the Event and/or any information provided at the Event.

6.2.    Other than to the extent required as a matter of law: (i) MoreYoga shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential costs, damages or losses arising directly or indirectly from the Event or other aspect related thereto or in connection with this Agreement.

6.3.    The maximum aggregate liability of MoreYoga for any claim in any way connected with therewith or this Agreement whether in contract, tort or otherwise (including any negligent act or omission) shall be limited to the amount paid by you to MoreYoga under this Agreement to attend the Event.

 

LEGACY MEMBERSHIPS

HALF PRICE FOR LIFE MEMBERSHIPS

1. Your monthly usage of your home studio MUST be at least 50% compared to all other MoreYoga studio locations combined for any given monthly membership cycle. Otherwise, you will be charged the full price of the Unlimited Membership (£75) for that month. We reserve the right to charge adjustment fees retrospectively. Please refer to your specific contract for information about your home studio.

2. If purchased as a pre-opening membership: Please note that all contracts start on the date the studio opens, regardless of when you set the contract start date. Please check the website for information on when the studio is expected to open. (If this information is not available at the time of purchase please set any future date. Contract start dates are reset automatically and will not be available for use until the studio opens.) Please see points below for further details.

2.1 The studio opening date is a guide date and is subject to change. We will inform you of changes as soon as we can. Should the studio experience a delay in opening, you will be eligible for a refund.

2.2 Your first payment is on the day you signed up, the second payment will be one month after the studio opens. Membership fees thereafter will be deducted monthly on or around the same day the studio opened. (Please allow a few days extra for payment processing.)

2.3 Once the studio opened, subscription fees must be paid in irrespective of whether the Member uses the studio’s facilities.

2.4 In the unlikely case of the studio failing to open we will refund you the full amount of your purchase. We can only refund to the card you made your original purchase with.

2.5 The timetable before opening is only indicative of the final timetable, which is also subject to change. Teachers and class types may be covered or replaced both temporarily or permanently. We reserve the right to make these changes at any time. These changes will not be major and should not affect the quality of your practice. Should we make any major changes we will notify you in email and appropriate compensation will be given if reasonable.

3. The minimum term of the contract is 2 months if the first month is purchased for the reduced promotional price.

3.1 Important: If you have taken out a promotional offer* on any contract within the same year, you are not eligible for the first month on the reduced price. The difference in price may be charged at a later date on your MoreYoga account and will you be contacted by head office to arrange payment.

5. The membership fee is £37.50 and allows you access to any MoreYoga studio provided you honour the restriction outlined in 1.

6. Class use is limited to 7 per week. (Use per day is not limited.)

7. You can suspend/cancel any time with 7 days notice given prior to the membership’s renewal date (the billing date). To suspend please contact us via Facebook Messenger. (Please note you do not need a Facebook profile to use Messenger.) If Messenger use is not possible, please call our customer service number you can find under FAQs & CONTACT.

MONTHLY FREQUENCY CAPPED MEMBERSHIPS AT 4, 8 OR 12 PER MONTH.

1. Your block will automatically renew after 1 month or after you have used the allotted classes, whichever one is earlier. Your first payment is on the day of purchase, the next one is a month later or once you have used all the session on the pass, whichever happens first.

2. Please note that your contract starts on the day of purchase. Your first month is charged at only £5, the second month charged full price.

3. First month for only £5 is a promotional offer and you are only eligible if this is your first membership in the same year. Membership switches within the same year are charged full price.

4. Subscription fees must be paid in irrespective of whether or not the Member uses the Studio’s facilities.

5. Clients who no show to sessions will be charged £10 per session; late cancellations incur a charge of £6. Please make sure you cancel classes more than 3 hours before their start time. 6. This membership is for a minimum length of 2 months, you can only cancel from the third month onwards with 7 days notice. Cancellation must be requested via our cancellation page here: https://www.moreyoga.co.uk/prices/cancellations-suspensions/

7. This membership can be used at any MoreYoga Studio.

8. You can use this membership as many times as you like per day, each visit is taking a session off your class pack. Late cancelled/no showed classes are deducted from the pass and separate charges apply as outlined in point 5.

9. Clients are able to find out the dates the payments are taken by looking at the my account section on their online account. Any further information needed regarding payment can be obtained through contacting customer services via Facebook Messenger (you do not need a Facebook profile to use this) or by phoning us (please see FAQs & CONTACT).

10. Sometimes payments will fail and we will contact you to clear your account. If the account payment for the month is not fixed within 7 days of the new month starting a fine of £25 will be added to your account and we will suspend your account indefinitely until the payment is cleared, you will not be allowed to attend any of our classes until the account is cleared.

11. This membership only includes classes and not anything else such as workshops.

12. You are entering an automatic debit agreement and are bound in this agreement for 2 months.

13. Your first payment is on the day you signed up and your second payment will be one month after that date or when you use all sessions purchased, whichever one is earlier.

14. There are no refunds on this block irrespective of personal circumstances. We are offering you the best that you will get anywhere and we are factoring the income from your membership into our business model. By agreeing to the lease you agree to all above and are not bound by statutory law in regards to a refund.

15. If you do not use your classes they will not be rolled over under any circumstances.

16. Your membership is valid for yourself only and is non-transferable

17. You will be asked by one of our studio staff to have a photo added to your MoreYoga office account. So please be aware that this will happen only once.

18. We will from time to time have offers adjacent to this membership. Please note the offers will periodically change.

SINGLE STUDIO MEMBERSHIPS

1. Single Studio Use

This membership only entitles you to classes at your home studio. The specific contract will state the home studio name. Classes outside your home studio will have to be purchased separately for the regular single session price (please refer to current information on the website).

2. If purchased as a promo offer, first month on reduced price

Please note if you have taken out a promotional offer* on any contract within the last 12 months, you are not eligible for the first month on the reduced price. The difference in price may be charged at a later date on your MoreYoga account and you will be contacted by head office to arrange payment.

3. Contract Minimum Term

The minimum term of the contract is 2 months if the first month is purchased for a reduced price or as an Intro Membership.

There is no minimum term if the first month is purchased for the full monthly rolling price.

4. Membership Fee

The membership fee is £25.00 per month.

5. Class Allowance

Class use is limited to 12 per month. There is no weekly or daily limit, allowing you take multiple sessions a day and the freedom to use your 12 classes at a frequency you choose. Unused classes will not be carried over to the following month.

This membership only includes classes and not anything else such as workshops.

6. Suspensions and Cancellations

You can suspend/cancel any time with 7 days notice given prior to the membership’s renewal date (the billing date). If your membership has a minimum term, suspension or cancellation can only take effect once the minimum period has ended. To suspend please contact us via Facebook Messenger. (Please note you do not need a Facebook profile to use Messenger.) If Messenger use is not possible, please call our customer service number you can find under FAQs & CONTACT.

7. Self-sign in and Charges

MoreYoga studios are reception free, clients are required to check in on the iPAD provided in the studio. This records your attendance.

Clients who do not check in at the studio or no show to sessions will be charged £10 per session. Should the iPAD malfunction please see the teacher who will be able to check you in via the MindBody app on their phone.

Fees are charged two days in arrears. Should you have extenuating circumstances due to which you couldn’t attend, please contact us on Messenger or email noshows@moreyoga.co.uk
