Tor started practicing yoga in the late 90s and her love for it just keeps on growing. She’s tried many different styles, including Hatha, Restorative, Yin, Rocket, Ashtanga, Power, Jivamukti and Kundalini, but particularly loves the fluid movement and flow of Vinyasa. You can expect clear cues, individual alignment and options for new yogis ,and those that have been practising for a while, in every practice with Tor.
Tor is a 500hr RYT in Vinyasa Flow, with additional advanced training in Restorative yoga, Yin yoga, meditation & mindfulness, assisting, anatomy and supporting injured students.
