Tommy discovered Yoga when he was struggling with an array of mental health issues life sometimes presents us with. Originally practicing as a coping mechanism, Tommy fell in love with the dance-like movement and flow of yoga while learning the philosophy and teachings behind the practice.

Tommy likes to invite students to leave their ego at the door and allow their body to move freely and fluidly, using the time on the mat to shut off from our hectic life and connect deep within your soul through a fun and powerful flow.
