Studying to be a Doctor first sparked Tamara’s passion for the impact of the mind-body connection upon health and wellbeing. Her mission is to guide people on a journey to a happier and healthier life and she is a strong believer in the power of yoga practice to do this. Having trained with some of the top teachers in London and around the world, she also uses her medical background and knowledge of movement and anatomy to achieve strength, flexibility and mindfulness for her students. Her classes are dynamic yet meditative, aimed at cultivating both physical and mental engagement through awareness, breath and creative movement. She wants to spark some of the joy she has found for yoga in others, as well as encourage people to discover a greater connection to their bodies and to themselves.
