Tabitha has been practicing and teaching yoga for many years. With her brought dance background her practice is dynamic and invigorating. Experience creative flowing sequences, focused on mindfulness and bringing a sense of calm to the time spend on your mat. She loves to create a positive and energising feel to her classes with attention to alignment and sensitive adjustments.
