The classes are always set to a wide-ranging soundtrack and there will be plenty of reminders given to breathe! Guiding you back to the present moment, right where your body is.
With a background in molecular biology and nutrition, Sterre has an in-depth understanding of the wonderful human body. Interweaving yoga with her science background results in an exciting investigation of the body & consciousness. She is very keen and excited to spread the joy of yoga.
