Shardaé seeks to hold space for you, the modern yogi, to be and to breathe in unity with yourself and others.
Her teachings are rooted in the traditions of yoga, so classes tend to begin with pranayama, mantra, or meditation before mindfully moving into an embodied breath-led asana practice.Throughout the practice, each inhalation and exhalation is an invitation to journey through your inner world with curiousity, compassion and courage. You will be encouraged to honour breath and body always, and to embrace strength in effort and softness in ease accordingly.
Shardaé’s intention is to guide you in holding the self as sacred, both on and off the mat. By nurturing this embodied connection to self, your connection to consciousness, life itself, and love for all beings may be unearthed.
