Shanine discovered yoga whilst travelling the globe. She had been travelling and working overseas on and off for many years. It was in Coogee, Sydney that she took her first dip in the yogic waters and did a yoga class.
A Holistic Therapist at the time she was very interested in the human body, physically and spirituality and so curiosity lead her to her first class. She practiced for many years before returning back to India to begin her teacher training in Ashtanga and Hath yoga in 2012.
Initially, Shanine fell in love with Ashtanga, however she wanted more freedom to explore with her students and take them on new and exciting journeys each week. So in 2013 she returned back to India to gain her 500 hr qualification to teach vinyasa yoga. Since then she has studied restorative yoga and yoga nidra and continues her own self journey through self practice and workshops.
