Sara came to yoga as a form of relief from a stressful office environment and she has never looked back as she realised that yoga could help her mentally as well as physically. Sara believes there is space for every body in yoga. In her classes, she encourage exploration, safety, and acceptance, honouring the body where it is in the present moment. Her teaching style is creative and caring with great focus on the movement and breath connection.
