Rob trained in Morocco in 2014 and has taught in London’s largest studios for the last ten years. He engages with students directly, varying his sequences to develop the practice of everyone in the room. All of his sequences flow seamlessly from pose to pose incorporating elements inspired by Ana Forrest, Sri Dharma Mittra & jazz. His main areas of focus are core strength, technical accuracy, joint health and clear instructions. Every class aims to develop the student’s dynamic relationship with their weight, breath and thought.
