Ozlem, began practicing yoga in 2010 as a means to help combat a stressful period in her life. Having discovered the many benefits of yoga, she soon became interested with a myriad of yoga styles. She qualified in 2014, completing 200 hours with Fierce Grace London, and 200 hours Hatha Yoga in India.
Ozlem, always maintains inclusivity in her classes. She combines functional drills to condition the body, along with engaging, creative flows complimenting everyday life, on and off the mat.
Be prepared to breathe, sweat and laugh, whilst switching off from the outside world.
