I came to yoga several years ago to help alleviate my chronic back pain. The effect it had on my physical, mental and spiritual wellbeing has been life-changing. I decided to do my yoga teaching training to deepen my practice and possibly help spread its endless benefits through teaching.
I completed my 200 Hour Power Vinyasa Flow with Shanti Power Yoga London. I’m currently doing my Yin Yoga Teacher training with Cal Wansbrough (Yoga in the Big Smoke).
I will always be a student of the practice and am forever deeply grateful for the inspiration, support, encouragement and wisdom from my teachers.
My classes are dynamic, at times playful, with a dose of inspiration to help you deepen your practice. My hope is that you step off the mat feeling refreshed, nourished and balanced; physically and mentally.
