Natalie Simmonds


Natalie began practicing yoga alongside her professional dance career about 10 years ago. Trained under Julie Montagu, she joined teacher training for a deeper understanding of the practice, moving her practice from a hobby to a way of life. 

As a Yoga Alliance certified Vinyasa teacher you can expect a strong and creative flow teamed up with a fun approach to the slightly more intimidating asanas. Her teaching focuses on intelligent alignment, breath-work & mindful awareness of body mobility. 

Natalie’s classes are energetic & dynamic yet always kind and inclusive.
