Natalie started her yoga journey over 5 years ago. Though initially drawn to yoga for the physical benefits, Natalie was soon drawn to the mental and spiritual aspects of the practice. Yoga has enabled her to develop more compassion, resilience, self-discipline and self-care, qualities she exercises in her practice as well as in day-to-day life.
Natalie is committed to sharing all that she continues to learn about yoga and yogic philosophy, whilst guiding students to become more in tune with themselves on a physical, mental and spiritual level.
Natalie teaches a soft, strong and creative Vinyasa flow, which aims to promote self-acceptance and compassion for wherever students are at in their practice. Her classes focus on building strong foundations and good alignment, whilst synchronising the breath with movement. Students are supported to let go and direct their awareness inward. Leave feeling calmer, nourished and restored.
