My name is Mel and I teach Dynamic Flow Yoga. Yoga gives me a sense of connection, strength and peace. I love being able to share that gift with others.
I teach an invigorating, energising class incorporating breath techniques to help you connect with your body and switch off from your day. Spend time with yourself, look within, enjoy it and come back for more. You will feel supported to challenge yourself, grow and develop both inner and physical strength, not only on your mat but as you continue in your life.
I started from an early age studying ballet and other forms of creative dance. I taught Latin American & Ballroom Dancing during my teens and early 20’s. I encourage the natural flow within each of us on to the mat. Looking forward to meeting you soon.
