“My classes draw on traditional yogic teachings whilst remaining dynamic, breath-focused and playful. I aim to create a welcoming space for my students to explore and deepen their practice and encourage everyone to bring an open mind and willingness to challenge both their body and mind. I am passionate about sharing the practice of yoga and offer options to suit different levels of experience. More than anything else I aim for students to leave my classes feeling re-energised and ready to take on the world beyond the yoga mat!”
