Mark first found yoga as a break from the hectic world of digital marketing. In August 2018, he took this a step further and underwent his teacher training with Yoga London. Mere months after graduating, he left the PR world behind and is now a full-time yoga teacher.

As a lifelong performer and lover of the theatre, Mark’s classes are filled with fun and just the right amount of theatrical flair.

Alongside teaching yoga, Mark leads workshops in meditation and mindfulness, so come ready for some deliciously relaxing savasana talk-downs.
