Yoga has remained an integral source of energy and grounding in Lulu’s life for over a decade.

She obtained her RYT 200hr Vinyasa certification at Yoga To The People, New York in 2017 and has since worked at studios and with individuals in New York and Hong Kong, as well as Corporate and private partnerships to include Mandarin Oriental, Societe General, Manulife and LuluLemon.

Whilst Vinyasa is a traditionally dynamic practice, Lulu invites a more intuitive approach, guiding her students to build a deeper awareness of and within their bodies as they move. She integrates equal parts balance, mobility and strength in each session and enjoys working with students of all levels of experience.

Lulu continues to deepen her knowledge of Yoga through workshops and trainings including Meridian Yoga Therapy (Dr. Rose Erin Vaughn) and the Anatomy of Yoga (Jason Crandall) and is currently to developing her own approach to Wellbeing, with the aim of helping people feel at Home in Mind and Body.
