A former gym-bunny, Luisa came to yoga 10 years ago to treat persistent lower back pain, during a tough time in her life. She fell in love with the yoga practice, which has made her stronger and healthier both physically and mentally. Her aim is to share this passion with as many people as possible. Luisa teaches a strong flow with plenty of modifications and variations for practitioners of all levels and abilities. She aims to create an inclusive and loving environment and doesn’t take herself too seriously. Expect sweat, Sanskrit, core work, humour, and inspiring readings.
