Having originally found yoga as a supplement to running, Laura fell in love with yoga as a dynamic challenging practice, and quickly it became a way of life. She completed her 200 hour training in Ashtanga Vinyasa in Goa in 2017, and has since completed advanced trainings in Mandala Vinyasa and Yin with The Yoga People. Her classes are created with anatomy and energy in mind, accompanied by music to add to the experience. She is passionate about sharing the tools and practices that everyone can utilise to find balance, strength and wellbeing.
