Katie Oriel


Katie stumbled across yoga almost by accident, but as soon as she began the practice she began to incorporate the ancient yogic traditions into her very modern world. Yoga enabled Katie to cultivate a stronger, more flexible body as well as a calmer, freer mind. 

Certified in Ashtanga, Vinyasa and Yin yoga, as well as having a background in dance and gymnastics, Katie appreciates the importance of combining strength as well as flexibility to develop a well-rounded physical practice.
