A certified STOTT pilates, barre and aerial yoga instructor, passionate about holistic movement. When teaching pilates, she is focused on correct postural alignment with very energetic approach towards the work out. Kasia’s classes engage whole body and deep muscle strengthening, balance, quite a decent pinch of challenge and varied pilates poses to explore in a dynamic way. Has experience teaching diverse clientele, tailoring sessions to individual’s needs. Classes are perfect for lower back issues as the class is designed to strengthen deep postural muscles.
Outside fitness, she teaches Japanese language in Morley College, works as a model and loves fashion.
