My yoga journey started 5 years ago. I just wanted to improve my physical body so I went to my first ever hot yoga class. And I got hooked. Not only because of the physical aspect of it, but also it made to become a version of myself. And few years later I’ve decided on doing teacher training in India.
I teach vinyasa, slow flow, restorative and yin classes. My vinyasa classes are dynamic, requiring an effort but playful and fun at the same time.
However, I do enjoy the most teaching slow paced classes. After living in London for 10 years, I can see people struggling with stress, emotions, body and mind connection. My yin classes are quiet, simple and relaxing.
